Terms
PhotographyWeatherAlerts is a beta planning tool for photographers. By using the app, you agree to use it as a forecast interpretation aid, not as a source of guaranteed weather, safety, travel, or operational advice.
Beta status
The service is currently in closed beta. Features, limits, availability, alerts, email behaviour, and data structures may change as the product is tested and improved.
Forecast limitations
Weather forecasts are imperfect. Cloud, fog, wind, tide, marine, storm, and astronomy-related information may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or different from real-world conditions at a specific location.
The app may help identify promising photography windows, but it cannot guarantee good light, safe conditions, or worthwhile results.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions when travelling, walking, hiking, driving, entering coastal areas, visiting remote locations, or photographing in changing weather. Always consider local conditions, access rules, tide risk, weather warnings, personal safety, and your own experience.
Account use
You should keep your account secure and use the service in a reasonable way. The app may apply limits to saved locations, alert rules, manual refreshes, or other actions to protect the service during beta.
Email alerts
Email alerts are provided as a convenience. Delivery may be delayed, blocked, duplicated, missed, or affected by email provider behaviour. Do not rely on email alerts as your only source of important weather or safety information.
Changes and availability
The service may be updated, limited, paused, or discontinued during beta. Access to the beta does not guarantee future access to a public or paid version.
Contact
For support, feedback, account questions, or data removal requests, contact the project owner through the current beta support channel.
