Useful things to include
If you are reporting an issue, include the location, alert type, approximate date and time, and what you expected to happen. Screenshots are helpful when the issue relates to the forecast summary, hourly view, Sky Context, or email output.
Billing questions
For subscription or billing questions, include the email address associated with your PhotoSignal account and, if relevant, the plan you are subscribed to.
Forecast feedback
Forecasts can miss real-world conditions, especially with local fog, cloud layers, and fast-changing coastal weather. If an alert was useful, misleading, or missed something obvious, that feedback is valuable.
Response times
PhotoSignal is a small independent product. Support requests are reviewed as time permits and response times may vary.
